At night and morning in most places rain is expected, in Issyk-Kul,Naryn regions heavy rain is expected, in the mountains snow. In Chui, Talas, Osh,Jalal-Abad,Batken regions no precipitation is expected. Snow drifts and slippery surfaces are expected on the mountain roads.
West wind speed is 4-9 m/s, in separate places wind speed may exceed up by 15-20 m/s.
