Due to the threat of avalanches, it became necessary to conduct activities on forced descents to use artillery to clear the snow on the 132-137-198- 255 km of Bishkek-Osh road from March 3 to 9.
Artillery crew and operative group of MES KR held a shelling on the next kilometers of Bishkek-Osh road on March 5.
On the 246 km at 10:20 to 11:05 hours were 14 shots, the volume of avalanches was 270000m³.
On the 249 kilometer, there were 8 shots at 12:05 to 12:25 am, but avalanche no descended.
On the 255th kilometer there were 9 shots at 13:55 to 14:15 am, the volume of avalanches was 22000m³.
On the 246 kilometer, there were 13 shots at 15:20 to 16:20 am, but avalanche no descended.
As a result of the shelling descended 272200 cubic meters of avalanche.
