The history of establishment of the Department of MES for Naryn region
In accordance with the Decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Council of the Kyrgyz SSR as of December 11th, 1970 on the formation of Issyk-Kul and Naryn regions(the Law of the Kyrgyz SSR On Amendments to the Decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Council of the Kyrgyz SSR № 1446-VII as of December 25, 1970, Regulation of the Council of Ministers of the Kyrgyz SSR № 478 as of December 24, 1970),the Civil Defense headquarters in the Naryn region was created on October 12th, 1971.
· until1991 – Civil Defense Headquarters of Naryn region of the Central Asian
Military District of the Ministry of Defense of the USSR
· 1991 – 1993 – Civil Defense Headquarters of Naryn region of the Department of Civil Defense
under the State Committee for defense affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic
· 1993 – 1996 – Civil Defense Headquarters of Naryn region, Department of Civil Defense
under the State Commission for Emergency Situations and Civil Defense of the Kyrgyz Republic
· 1996 – 2001 – Civil Defense Headquarters, Department of Civil Defense of
of the Ministry of Emergency Situations and Civil Defense of the Kyrgyz Republic
· 2001 – 2005 – Department of Civil Defense of Naryn region, General Management of Civil Defense
of the Ministry of Ecology and Emergency Situations of the Kyrgyz Republic
· 2005 – 2009 – Department of MES for Naryn region and Naryn town of the Eastern Interregional Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Kyrgyz Republic.
· from 2009 to the present time – Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Kyrgyz Republic for Naryn region
