The “Spaspromservice” State Enterprise was established under the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Kyrgyz Republic through the Decree of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic №89 “On establishing “Spaspromservice” State Enterprise under the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Kyrgyz Republic” as of April 16th, 2010.
