Deputy Minister of emergency situations of the Kyrgyz Republic
Born on December 15th, 1973 in the village of Papan, Kara-Suu district, Osh region.
Studied at “Aral” secondary school in 1976-1989 in Papan village of Kara-Suu district.
Served in the Soviet Army in 1987-1989.
Studied at Osh Technological University in 1989-1995 by the specialty of an engineer-pedagogue.
In 1995-2005was engaged in private entrepreneurship.
In 2003 elected as deputy to Osh City Council from electoral district №4.
From 2005 till May of 2007worked as head of the passenger transport agency, Osh city.
Elected as chairman of the Osh City Council of Deputies on May15, 2007 at the regular XXIV session.
Repeatedly elected chairman of the Osh City Council of Deputies on 25 October of 2007 at the regular I session, where he worked until January of 2012.
Works in the position of Deputy Minister of ES KR since January22, 2012 until present time.
Awarded the Certificate of Merit of the National Agency on LG affairs – 2008, the “Excellence in Municipal Service of the Kyrgyz Republic” medal – 2009; The medals of “80 years of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kyrgyzstan” – 2004, “85 years of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kyrgyzstan” – 2009. “Defender of the Fatherland” (Ukrainian Republic) – 2010. “Honor and courage” (Russian Federation) – 2011.
Has a class rank of “Class 1 Advisor of the Municipal service of the Kyrgyz Republic.”
Married. Has two daughters and two sons.
